Weather conditions such as rain, wind or clouds are not a reason or justification for cancelling the trip. Cancellations due to weather are solely a decision which can be made by Boat Rental Puerto Cancun. If a cancellation is due to risky weather conditions and we are unable to reschedule for another date, a full refund will be made to the client.

The weather in the Caribbean changes frequently. Even if you look at the weather forecast and a cloudy day with wind or rain is indicated, do not worry it maybe sunny at sea! We have tropical weather and it changes a lot.

If there is No Show from the client, the deposit is non-refundable.

There is no age limit in our boats, everyone is welcome onboard.

Every boat includes fuel, a licensed captain and crew.

No, due to local permits and for your safety only the captain is allowed to drive the boat.
